Please note that due to the migration of our IT platform, on-line ordering of, or requesting shipments of compounds from libraries temporary will not be possible starting January 28’th. On February 3’rd all systems should be moved, and on-line ordering will be possible again.

Expected temporary impact:
On-line ordering functionalities of systems hosted in The Netherlands and USA will be unavailable from the 28’th of January to February 3’rd. Customer extranet systems and MyCompounds will be down during this period. Login to Specs.net is possible during this period but no online orders or shipment requests can be placed and access to historical order data and shipment data will be temporary unavailable. Also, our order processing operations themselves may experience slightly longer lead times toward the end of January to halfway through February due to the migration. If any of your orders or projects is affected, our team will reach out directly to discuss potential planning adjustments. We will be monitoring the situation closely during the migration process and taking steps to minimize any inconveniences where possible.
